		Dr. Tina Entzminger Professor of English Assistant Chair/Acting Department Chair from July 2-August 10, 2012 Tina Entzminger received her Ph.D. from UNC Chapel Hill in 1998 and her Masters of Arts from Chapel Hill in 1993. Her Bachelor's degree is from of University of South Carolina. Teaching and Research Interests Dr. Entzminger teaches courses in composition and American Modernism. Her research interests include work on a current book that examines contemporary American reconfiguration of American literary classics. The book has been accepted for publication and is due out late summer of 2012. She has a particular interest in Southern literature and understanding issues of race, gender and sexual identity in American literature. She has also served as the advisor to Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honors Society. She also directs advisement in the department.
